The Multiplier Event in Bucharest: Advancing Health Education Through Digital Learning

On February 18, 2025, the headquarters of the Federation of Free Trade Unions in Education (FSLI) in Bucharest hosted a significant Multiplier Event as part of the i-Learn4Health project. The event brought together 53 participants, including primary school teachers, experts from non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and school managers, all committed to enhancing health education through digital tools. A key highlight was the presence of Sorin ION, State Secretary in the Ministry of Education, who underscored the government’s support for the integration of digital educational games in schools.
The main goal of the Multiplier Event was to showcase and disseminate the outcomes of the i-Learn4Health project, which aims to improve health education in primary schools through digital educational games, an Electronic Diagnostic Tool, and online teacher training. The event provided an interactive platform for educators and stakeholders to discuss the implementation of these innovative solutions in Romania’s education system. The teachers involved in piloting the games and on-line training shared their positively experience.
The Multiplier Event in Bucharest marked a milestone in the journey toward digital transformation in health education. By leveraging the power of digital educational games, the Electronic Diagnostic Tool, and teacher training, the i-Learn4Health project has the potential to significantly improve students’ health literacy and well-being. “With continued collaboration and support, these innovative tools can pave the way for a healthier and more informed future generation” declared the State Secretary, Sorin ION.
